Set in the parish of Encamp, Els Cortals enjoys a privileged position that balances nature, absolute privacy and exceptional connectivity. A perfect symbiosis between the Andorran landscape and contemporary functionality: mountain trails, forests and modern infrastructure that makes daily life effortless without compromising serenity.
Every space has been conceived to maximise natural light, visual openness and a direct connection with the surroundings. The result are residences that blend contemporary design, comfort and efficiency, with the attention to detail that defines every DomusLabs project. The architecture of Els Cortals rests on the land with the naturalness of something that has always been there.
The project is born from the desire to inhabit the landscape, to let nature set the pace, inspire the form and define the character of each space.
Polished concrete, dark stone and deep mineral tones evoke primal rock, the dampness of the earth, that dense and serene silence. The textures are raw, honest, powerful.
Between 140 and 290 m², each garden features a lawn and, optionally, an outdoor kitchen and pergola, an al fresco dining area, a lounge with a ground-level fire and a hot tub. The outdoor space becomes a liveable extension all year round.
Els Cortals rises in the Cortals d'Encamp, balanced between the mountain and valley life. Skiing, cycling and hiking at your doorstep; shopping and services just minutes away.
There is a way of arriving home where everything is exactly as you had imagined it. The beds made. The light perfect. Fresh flowers scenting every corner. The fridge stocked with what you love. The tableware arranged in the drawers, as if it had always been there.
We offer a service without precedent in Andorra: the unique possibility of choosing your residence fully equipped, where every detail has been anticipated so you simply move in and live.

Based in Andorra and Barcelona, we guide each client directly and personally, from the first visit to the handover of keys.
